"Education and Family Values” at Archdiocese of NY

   Haldun Yavas, the Executive Director of Turkish Cultural Center and Levent Koc, the director of IDC made a presentation on “Education and Family Values in Turkey” at Archdiocese of NY. The presentation was sponsored by the Office of the Vicar General and Turkish Cultural Center.

   Clergy and educators from the Archdiocese, including Superintendent of the Schools, attended the presentation. Bishop Robert A. Brucato, Vicar General made a welcoming speech in the beginning. After Br. David Carroll’s introduction, Mr. Yavas made his speech on education in Turkey. Afterwards Dr. Koc made a speech on Family Values.
