GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL CLASSES

Payment of all fees must be made in full at the
time of registration by check or cash.

There is no refund, credit or prorating for
missed classes.

If you withdraw from class at least 3 business
days prior to the first Monday of the term, tuition (less $75 processing
fee) is refunded.

If you withdraw within the first 2 weeks of the
term, a prorated credit will be issued towards future tuition (less $75
processing fee).This non-transferable credit is valid for one (1) year from
the date of issue.

There is no refund, credit or prorating of
tuition if you withdraw after the first 2 weeks of the term.

Cancellation of courses must be received in
writing, by fax (212 696 2660) or e-mail (
languagecenter@turkishculturalcenter.com ) No phone calls please.

Turkish Cultural Center reserves the right to
cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
